QR3 Strap (Replacement)

Replace lost or damaged QR3 rack straps that come with the rack. This strap is intended to secure your QR3 system and hold the rear wheel of a bicycle to the truck bed. The strap does not eliminate all rear movement of the bicycle but rather controls excessive movement from occurring.
